INTRODUCTION

The Governing Board of Dhar Kshetriya Vikas Sansthan (DKVS) provides strategic direction, policy oversight, and institutional governance to ensure transparency, accountability, and sustainable impact.

The board consists of experienced professionals committed to strengthening hill agriculture, empowering rural communities, and promoting scientific farming systems.

Mr. Ajay Pal Singh Panwar
Founder, DKVS

Mr. Ajay Pal Singh Panwar is the Founder of Dhar Kshetriya Vikas Sansthan. With a deep understanding of hill agriculture and rural challenges, he established DKVS in 2016 with the vision to enhance farmers’ income through aromatic and medicinal crop cultivation.

Under his leadership, DKVS has:

Organized over 9,000 farmers
Expanded cultivation across 255 villages
Promoted more than 533 hectares of medicinal crops
Established structured buyback linkages
Strengthened institutional collaborations
His leadership continues to drive innovation in sustainable farming, value addition, and rural livelihood development.

Mrs. Sunita Panwar

Chairperson


Mrs. Sunita Panwar provides policy-level guidance and institutional oversight to DKVS. She plays a vital role in ensuring community engagement and organizational governance.

Mr. Bhagat Singh Rana

Vice chairperson


Supports governance functions and assists in policy implementation, coordination of development programs , and strengthening institutional operations at field level.

Mr. Mahipal Singh Panwar

Treasurer

Responsible for financial management , maintenance of accounts, budgeting ,fund utilization , and ensuring transparency and compliance with statutory financial regulations.

Mr. Sachin Panwar

Member


Supports organizational programs through participation in planning ,monitoring ,and community outreach activities.

Mr. Dharam Singh Panwar

Member

Assists in field coordination and implementation of rural development and agricultural initiative's.

Mr. Rameshwar Bartwal

Member

Contributes to advisory support and promotes community participation in organizational development program.
